Parses the binary body image.

Parameters
binaryImage (array<Byte>[]()[][])
Binary image to parse.
startIndex (Int32)
Start index into binaryImage to begin parsing.
length (Int32)
Length of valid data within binaryImage.
Return Value
The length of the data that was parsed.
Remarks
The base implementation assumes fixed integer values are represented as 16-bit signed integers and floating point values are represented as 32-bit single-precision floating-point values (i.e., short and float data types respectively).
